We live in times where our lives revolve around screens 24 *7. From smartwatches to smartphones to smart TV, screens have become our eyes to the world. Working, relaxing, or while doing practically anything, we find ourselves peering into one screen or the another, completely out of touch with anything or anyone personally. There, however, is one thing that has not changed with time. One thing for which especially we Indians always love to come together and enjoy. Our love for birthdays and festivals, I believe is much more than any other culture in the world. The celebration of the birth of our loved ones gives us a chance to appreciate what they mean to us and what they mean to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
HomeFirst recently completed 10 years since foundation. 10 years of working and growing together to support people who found it tough to get home loans from any other place. And what other way is better to commemorate this than celebrating it as the 10th birthday of our brand mascot, Naol. Dressed in his blue cargo pants and smartly tucked in shirt with a red bow tie and a duffel bag full of tools to help ensure a smooth and hassle-free home buying journey for all our customers, Naol proclaims his message in his name \u2013 No Anxiety on Loans. For 10 years Naol has been carrying out his mission to help everyone get their dream home. 50000+ home loans disbursed and he is just getting started\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And just like Marathis love Ganesh Chaturthi, Gujaratis love Navratri and Tamils love Pongal, Naol\u2019s birthday unites the entire Home First family across the nation in a festival of joy as we celebrate the birth of someone who is more than just a mascot to us. He is the image of all Home Firsters, the one face which unites us as one family sworn to help all customers fulfill their dreams. To commemorate the 10 years of Naol, we celebrated his birthday for 10 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Just like a traditional birthday celebration, the entire family of Naol organized a cake cutting across India in their own unique ways. While one branch illustrated events from Naol\u2019s life, another branch invited local kids to the branch to celebrate and take part in birthday games and one branch even gave Naol a classic K3G welcome. In the following days, employees across India shared their happy memories with Naol and took part in dance activities to celebrate the event. Other partners in our journey also participated as we expressed gratitude to our investors by gifting them saplings to symbolize how they have helped us grow and to our long-term employees by sending them gift hampers full of exciting goodies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
During our 10th Anniversary celebrations, we received a pleasant surprise gift ourselves as we were certified as a Great Place To Work. An acknowledgment of the system which acknowledges and appreciates the efforts of every employee as a family member, a Home Firster, and makes them feel right at home, this certification is a proud moment for all of us and there really could be no better time to be awarded so. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
